Imagine a burger that's so irresistibly delicious, your taste buds will beg for more. A Burger that is infused with the tantalizing flavors of Hidden Valley Ranch and a cheese mixture that's out of this world. In the next few minutes, I'm going to reveal the secrets to crafting this masterpiece right in your backyard. If you think you know burgers, think again. Ingredients
Burger Patties:
- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (dry)
- Elite BBQ Smokers SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
- Chopped Onions
- Melted Butter
- Burger Buns (Sara Lee Artesano, Nature's Own Crafted, or St. Pierre Brioche)
Cheese Mixture:
- 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Crumbled Bacon
- Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (to taste)
Directions
- Form burger patties and season both sides and edges with Hidden Valley Ranch and SPG.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar, mayo, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning. Set aside.
- Brush melted butter on buns and set aside.
- Preheat the griddle with hot and cool zones. Brown the onions first and move to the cool side.
- Grill patties on the hot zone until just shy of desired doneness.
- Toast the buttered buns on the hot zone until golden.
- Top burgers with onions and cheese mix. Cover to steam and melt.
- Stack it up and enjoy every bite.
