Smoked Monkey Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Pillsbury Grands! Southern Home style Butter Tastin’ Biscuits
  • 14 oz. Reese’s Minis Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Candy, Unwrapped
  • - Non-Stick Spray

Cooking Glaze

  • 0.5 cups Kerry Gold Salted Butter
  • 1.50 cups Brown Sugar

Topping Glaze

  • 2.0 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Recteq Pellet Smoker to 350°
  • Spray a 9” Cast Iron pan with Non-Stick Spray
  • Open up the Biscuits and Cut each one in half
  • Place 2 Mini Reese’s cups in each half biscuit
  • Wrap the biscuit over the Reese’s cup and roll into balls in the palm of your hands
  • Place the Biscuit balls loosely in the Cast Iron Pan
  • In a separate pot melt 1/2 Cup of butter and add 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar. Simmer over low heat until everything is dissolved together.
  • Pour the Butter and Brown Sugar glaze over the Biscuit Ball in the Cast Iron Pan
  • Place the Cast Iron Pan in the Smoker at 350° for 30-35 minutes until the biscuits are nice and Golden Brown.
  • Place a Plate or Serving Tray on top of the Cast Iron pan and Flip it over. You want the bottom of the Monkey Bread to be exposed.
  • In a separate pot melt 1/2 Cup of Peanut butter, 2 Cups of Powdered Sugar and add 1/2 Cup of Milk. Simmer over low heat until everything is dissolved together.
  • Pour the glaze over the Monkey Bread
  • Allow it to rest a few minutes until it is cool enough to pull apart and Enjoy
