Instructions
Preheat the Recteq Pellet Smoker to 250°
Separate the Turkey Ribs and Backbone from the Breast
Season the Back side of the Turkey Breast with The Killer Hogs - The BBQ Rub
Season the Front side of the Turkey Breast with The Killer Hogs - The BBQ Rub
Smoke the Turkey Breast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°
Make the BBQ Sauce - Mix the 1/8 Cup - Blue Hogs - Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce, 1/4 Cup - Blue Hogs - Original BBQ Sauce & 1/3 Cup - Maple Syrup
Bast the Turkey Breast with the BBQ Sauce
Return the Turkey Breast to the smoker to set the sauce for about 10-minutes or until it becomes tacky.
Remove and allow it to rest, Slice and enjoy
