I made a giant burger with everything on it and it was absolutely an amazing Monster Burger. HUGE, Monster burger with 2/3lbs of Beef, Link Sausage, Bacon and of course Tomato and Lettuce to make it healthy. Of almost forgot the Pepper jack cheese. This is this is how you make a monster burger. This is the most Flavorful, Juiciest and biggest burger that we have ever done.

How do you make a monster burger? First you need to ask yourself do you want a grilled monster burger? If they answer is yes, then this is how you make a monster burger on the Pellet Grill.

Ingredients
  

  • Prime Rib Steak Burgers
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Portabella Mushrooms
  • Bacon
  • Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Red Onions
  • Butter
  • Brioche Buns
  • Dukes Mayonnaise
  • French’s Mustard Rubs
  • Rufus Teague Steak Rub
  • Butchers BBQ Steak and Brisket Rub

Instructions
 

  • Light the Pellet Grill (Recteq 380) to 400°
  • With the Grill Grates turner upside down, place the bacon on it and cook until the bacon is about halfway done.
  • Split your sausage long way and place them on the pellet grill and cook until they are done ~165°
  • Place the burgers on the upside-down grill grates and cook until they are at the desired doneness.
  • Slice and enjoy.
